The engagement process is rapid and painless:
1. An initial discussion (typically an hour or so) where I can learn about your business (I’m a fast learner), understand what you are trying to achieve, and figure out how best I can assist.
2. I will then follow up with a clear, on-point proposal – no fluff, no ambiguity.
3. We then have a second meeting (online or in person) to discuss the proposal – scope, commercial model, projected outcomes and mode of operation.
4. If applicable, I will at this stage advise you on how to apply for funding under the government’s Internationalisation Fund.
5. I will then send you a Service Agreement for your review and signature (or we can use your standard form consultancy services contract if you have one).
